Job 13:15
Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him. Even so, I will defend my own ways before Him.
Pastor Kong shared about the sufferings. Many things we do not know WHY. We do not need to know why. We ought to have the capacity to endure!
Visited one of my ministry member today. Her husband had went home with the Lord. He gotten cancer and went blind in the midst of treatment. She shared from her heart about how God has a plan for her and her family. We do not know the plan of God. God knows the best for us! God is so real!
It has been almost a year and half that my best friend, Zel had gone went home with the Lord. I am grateful and thankful to God for seeing me through the lowest moment of my life! It has not been easy letting go of the pain and separation. I doubt and wonder WHY. Many times, I am reminded of her presence. The happy moments I had with her. There greatest regret in my life is that I am unable to go Taiwan with her as planned. I am upset when I tell myself I can still chat with her on the sunday that we agreed to meet up. It never happen. I wanted to know why God does not allows us to meet for the last time. I believe God has the answer to everything!
What Pastor shared is so true! We don't need to know why. We live in a broken down world. Whatever God allows us to go through, He knows that we will be able to overcome it.
I look forward to a new chapter of my life in Christ after graduation! I wanna be a blessing! =)
"LORD, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered, and that my life is fleeing away. My life is no longer than the width of my hand. An entire lifetime is just a moment to you; human existence is but a breath." [Psalm 39:4-5 NLT]
